Airport ViewTM Sweepstakes, Official Rules


Eligibility

  • No purchase necessary to enter.
  • Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are aged 21 years or older. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Belmont Technology, LLC ('Sponsor'), and their immediate families, and Sponsor's affiliated businesses, dealers, wholesalers and suppliers are ineligible. By participating you agree to these Official Rules.

To Enter

  • One entry per person with multiple chances to win, as described below.
  • Each entrant must create a link to www.airportview.net, or to another page in the airportview.net domain, from a web page owned or legally controlled by the entrant, and register the link on the sweepstakes registration page.
  • Suggestions of ways to create a link, at no cost, are located on the sweepstakes promotion page.
  • Entrant may earn up to a total of five chances as follows:
    • One chance for the required link to Airport ViewTM
    • One additional chance if the linking page contains a review of, or an article about, Airport ViewTM
    • Up to three additional chances, one per referral made by entrant. A referral chance will be awarded after the referred individual completes a valid entry into the Airport ViewTM Sweepstakes.
  • Sweepstakes will end at 5:01 pm UTC (11:01 am MDT) on 31 October 2008.

Prize Information, Odds of Winning

  1. One grand prize will be awarded. The odds of winning depend on the number of all eligible, valid entries received by the close of the sweepstakes.
  2. The prize is a new Garmin nüvi® 760, approximate retail value $642. It is offered with a full factory warranty by an authorized Garmin dealer.
  3. No other warranty, stated or implied, is offered by Belmont Technology, LLC, owner of Airport ViewTM.

Drawing

  1. Winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by Sponsor.
  2. Winner will be contacted by email with instructions for claiming the prize. If winner fails to follow prize claiming instructions within seven calendar days, an alternate winner will be selected.
  3. Winner will be required to provide a valid shipping address within the United States. Prize will be shipped to the supplied address with delivery confirmation. Shipment and delivery confirmation will constitute fulfillment of Sponsor's obligation to winner.
  4. Sweepstakes results will be available in any of the following ways: 1) on the registration form, select the third checkbox, requesting an email announcement of the winner, 2) no sooner than two weeks after the sweepstakes ends, send an email message to winner@airportview.net and receive an automatic reply announcing the winner, 3) winner will be announced on the winner page of the Airport ViewTM web site.

General Information

  1. By entering, you agree that your full name may be announced if you are the winner. If you win, you will be given the option of providing a photo and other information for posting on the Airport ViewTM web site.
  2. All decisions by Sponsor are final.
